Why We Built PathPilot
PathPilot was born from a simple observation: career guidance is one of the most impactful services a person can receive, yet it remains inaccessible to most people who need it.
Our founders experienced this firsthand—as first-generation college students, career changers, and workforce development professionals. They saw how transformative good career guidance could be, and how rare it was for most people to receive it.
With advances in AI and natural language processing, we saw an opportunity to change this. We could build a platform that provides personalized, high-quality career guidance to anyone, anywhere, at any time—for free.
